Top 10 most watched and trending channels of the week

InfluencerUpdate.biz has teamed up with esports and streaming analytics firm Stream Hatchet to bring you weekly charts of the most popular games and creators in the streaming space.

This chart documents the most-watched channels by hours across Twitch, YouTube Gaming, Mixer and Facebook.

Each week we'll be documenting the top ten most-watched channels across all the major streaming platforms, so you can see which creators are growing and which ones are in decline. The chart also shows the games they've played most that week. Check out our chart covering the top ten most-watched games of the week here.

This chart covers the week commencing October 7th.

Most-watched channels

Riot Games' is topping the channels chart this week following a huge in-game Fortnite event. The game is currently offline completely as of writing, all Fortnite fans can see is a livestream of a black hole where the in-game map used to be. 

LoL Esports on YouTube is in second following an 84 per cent rise in views last week. The channel racked up over 4.2 million hours watched. Twitch's ESL_CSGO is a new entry in third after amassing over 1.96 million hours in the last week.

Typical Gamer is in fourth following a massive 938 per cent rise in views. The YouTube channel racked up a sensational 1.7 million hours last week. 

xQcOW on Twitch takes fifth and sees a view increase of 21.9 per cent. Warcraft Twitch streamer Asmongold drops to sixth after a 14.2 decrease, and the only decrease in the top 10 this week. 

Twitch's Tfue takes seventh after a 54.4 per cent leap in views, racking up 1.53 million Fortnite-orientated hours watched in the last seven days. LCK_Korea comes in eighth after a 43.3 per cent leap in hours watched covering League of Legends. 

Twitch's Gaules is in ninth place with over 1.2 million Counter-Strike-focused hours watched, and Standart Skill is a new entry in tenth after amassing 1.2 million hours watched broadcasting Fortnite last week.
