Top 10 most watched and trending channels of the week

InfluencerUpdate.biz has teamed up with esports and streaming analytics firm Stream Hatchet to bring you weekly charts of the most popular games and creators in the streaming space.

This chart documents the most-watched channels by hours across Twitch, YouTube Gaming, Mixer and Facebook.

Each week we'll be documenting the top ten most-watched channels across all the major streaming platforms, so you can see which creators are growing and which ones are in decline. The chart also shows the games they've played most that week. Check out our chart covering the top ten most-watched games of the week here.

This chart covers the week commencing March 9th 2020.

Most-watched channels

Summit1G snags the number one spot for another week and he's on fire. A whole bunch of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare content has caused a 45.3 per cent rise in views, and the Twitch streamer racked up over 3.2 million hours watched last week. 

Twitch's xQc had a similarly positive week with Modern Warfare. The streamer amassed over 1.8 million hours watched and saw a 50.9 per cent increase in views over the last seven days.

BeyondTheSummit is a new entry in third after racking up over 1.4 million hours watched last week. The channel belongs to the esports company of the same name, which hosts tournaments of various titles. Last week's view spike belonged to Dota 2.

Mobile Legends: Bang Bang takes fourth place; the YouTube channel saw a 12.6 per cent dropoff in views but still amassed over 1.3 million hours watched.

Twitch's RocketLeague channel re-enters the chart in fifth following a 49.8 per cent increase in hours watched. Loltyler1 falls from third to sixth after a 20.6 per cent view decline. 

DrDisrespect also moves back into the top 10 after a 128.6 per cent rise in views. Similarly to summit1g and xQc, the doc has been playing Modern Warfare and racked up 1.1 million hours watched last week. 

Jun channel on YouTube takes eighth place after a 132.9 per cent rise in views. The channel covered Pokémon Diamond and Pearl last week and amassed over 1.1 million hours watched. 

VETV7 ESPORTS is another new entry in ninth after racking up over 986k hours watched last week. Closing the chart is Twitch's LIRIK, who also saw a 10.6 per cent increase in hours watched because everybody is loving Modern Warfare right now.
