Age of the Moon is a competitive strategy game set during the New Space Race, where players take on the role of leaders striving to establish the first fully operational, habitable lunar base. Each player must carefully balance resources, infrastructure, and alliances to establish their presence on the Moon.

Focusing on the resource-rich Lunar South Pole, players navigate a mix of collaboration, competition, and strategic planning to outmanoeuvre rivals and advance their mission. A standout feature of Age of the Moon is its realistic scenarios, inspired by current research and future projections. Through storytelling, decision-making, and a foundation in lunar science, the game sparks interest in space exploration and promotes critical thinking. 

Originally conceived as part of the Space Generation Advisory Council, a global network of young space professionals, Age of the Moon also offers a team-based workshop format, fostering team building and collaboration. Recognized within the space sector, the project contributes to the conversation around safe and sustainable lunar habitat operations.
