Three YouTubers die after falling over a waterfall in Canada

Three YouTube creators have died after falling from the top of a waterfall.

Ryker Gamble, Alexey Lyakh and Megan Scraper were swimming at the top of Shannon Falls in British Columbia on Tuesday 3rd July, according to police.

Scraper slipped and the other two members attempted to hold on to her. The waters ended up dragging Gamble and Lyakh towards the edge and the trio cascaded 30m meters, landing in a pool below.

RIP

The creators were part of 'High on Life', a YouTube channel focused on travelling. Members of the collective appeared in a video to address the news of the deaths.

"They were three of the warmest, kindest and most driven and outgoing people you could ever meet," The group said in the video.

"There are truly no words that can be said to ease the pain and the devastation we are all going through right now."

Gamble and Lyakh were also the co-founders of High on Life, setting up the channel in 2012.

A memorial page has been set up by the collective, urging fans to donate towards the cost of funeral and personal arrangements.
