YouTube Star Roman Atwood announces new YouTube Red Series

Popular vlogger and prankster Roman Atwood will star in a new YouTube Red series in collaboration with content producers Studio71 later this month.

Dubbed 'Roman Atwood's Day Dreams', the series will see Atwood performing a series of outlandish and ridiculous stunts on his main YouTube channel. The series is executive produced by Atwood and his manager John Fitzpatrick, alongside Studio71’s Dan Weinstein and Rabih Gholam. Atwood’s YouTube channels are affiliated with Studio71, owned by Germany’s ProSiebenSat.1 Group.

From creating an enormous monster truck playground in Roman’s backyard to a never seen before tricycle backflip at Nitro Circus, the team will tap into people’s wildest dreams and bring them to life right in front of viewers’ eyes.

Atwood has been under fire for a number of his more outrageous pranks, including a video where he tricked his girlfriend in to believing their young son had crashed a quad bike into a ditch.

Despite his extremeness, Nadine Zylstra, Head of Family Entertainment and Learning at YouTube Originals said, “Roman Atwood has always created the kind of content that appeals to people of all ages. We are sure that his current fans will be eager to check out his new series, and new viewers will be thrilled to discover him.”

'Roman Atwood's Day Dreams' is due to release via YouTube Red on November 22.
