Facebook's Level Up program is expanding to reach more European creators

Facebook is expanding it's creator development program to a number of new countries.

From today, the Level Up program is now available in Germany, France, Spain and Ireland. It'll continue to operate in previously announced areas - the U.S., UK, Philippines, Malaysia and Thailand.

The company unveiled Level Up back in June, a new resource for rising creators using Facebook. The program will help new creators jumpstart their journey, as well as providing information and tools to help streamers build and manage their communities and connect with fans.

Creators that are part of the program will also have access to Facebook stars - the platform's monetisation system. Stars allows fans to donate money to their favourite streamers and influencers.

Facebook is making big moves to ride alongside the bigger gaming platforms. It now has a separate destination - fb.gg - that will curate content based on what a user watches.

The platform also has a brand collaboration manager built in, which allows brands to search for relevant creators and personalities to work with.
