Insights platform Celebrity Intelligence rebrands to Influencer Intelligence

An insights and intelligence platform has undergone a name change ahead of a merger with its sister company.

Moving forward, Celebrity Intelligence will now be called Influencer Intelligence. The company has also been absorbed by Econsultancy, a sibling service under parent company Centaur Media.

Influencer Intelligence hopes to provide the company's existing users with a more refined set of influencer marketing tools, as well as attract those looking for them.

Influencer overdrive

The entertainment industry is enamoured with influencers currently, and Influencer Intelligence's fresh face is a testament to the growth of the influencer marketing sector.

“The merger has created a powerhouse for delivering integrated marketing solutions enabling professional marketers to more effectively drive digital communications and leverage the emerging power of real verified market influencers," Centaur Media managing director Jane Turner said.

"It’s an exciting time for Influencer Intelligence as we continue to innovate in response to the rapidly evolving digital landscape. Our clients will have much to benefit from the tremendous opportunity our new influencer solution coupled with Econsultancy’s digital capability offering unlocks for them.”

Influencer Intelligence product director Megan Falconer-Taylor added: "From social engagement performance, personal interests, personality archetypes and detailed audience data for each of the 100,000 talent profiles featured on the platform, to the more bespoke project support from the company’s Advisory service, the new Influencer Intelligence is designed to help marketers deliver authentic, transparent and tailored campaigns that resonate with target audiences and better deliver on any campaign ROI."
