Nestled among the iconic Manhattan skyline lies a hidden gem; only accessible to those with a follower count.

It's a beautifully presented penthouse in SoHo, but this abode isn't for living in. It's a studio for social media influencers.

The apartment-turned-studio belongs to creative influencer marketing firm Village Marketing. Influencers can book to work from the apartment free of charge, but there's a high demand for it.

Furnished by Wayfair, the dwelling is an Instagram dream. Huge wide windows allow natural light to food in and illuminate the furnishings, including the millennial pink sofa. It's entirely free from the clutter of every day reality.

Home sweet home

“Village Marketing, has founded Village Studio to provide influencers with a canvas for content creation and companies with a space for brand installations," the company said in a statement.

“This first-ever influencer studio is a fully furnished SoHo penthouse with all of the elements for a successful lifestyle shoot including a sprawling roof deck overlooking lower Manhattan.”

The company invited a handful of Instagram influencers to the space in order to show off its potential.
