Influencer agency Gleam opens brand consultancy sidearm

Influencer talent agency Gleam Futures has launched a side venture - Gleam Solutions.

Gleam Solutions is an "end-to-end talent solution" which offers consultation to brands on a number of levels. It'll give clients advice on influencer campaigns, as well as strategy, talent vetting and distribution.

The company will also grant brands access to its roster of high-profile influencers, such as Zoella and Jack Maynard.

Gleam Solutions has worked with a number of popular brands to deliver marketing campaigns, including Kelloggs, Pandora, Land Rover, Philips and McLaren.

Talent first lens

Speaking to The Drum, Gleam Futures' founder Dominic Smales said that Gleam Solutions will operate through a  "talent-first lens".

“It will do so in a way that focuses on strategic, quality partnerships, delivering great collaborations that engage people and deliver results that matter," he added.

“With the launch of Gleam Solutions we’re also setting out to challenge perceptions of digital-first talent and expand people’s view of what is possible, paving the way for the next phase of marketing.”
