Influencer Marketing Awards 2020 postponed due to Coronavirus

This year's Influencer Marketing Awards has been postponed due to the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic.

The award ceremony will now take place on September 3rd at the same venue - the Sheraton Grand London Park Hotel.

In an email to guests, the PerformanceIN team behind the event stated that "wellbeing of our international attendees, partners and staff are of paramount importance and after discussions with the venue feel this is the right course of action to take".

A shortlist of nominees for the awards was revealed back in January. Accolades up for grabs this year include best campaign across numerous industries, best technology tools and best techniques. A full list of all the award categories can be seen on the website, alongside the shortlisted names and companies.

The winners will be decided by a rich panel of judges made up of influencer and marketing specialists. The show itself will be hosted by British-Kurdish standup comedian Kae Kurd.

Past shows

Over 270 industry professionals attended the inaugural IMA event last year and enjoyed a swanky three-course meal before settling in to watch the show. A full list of last year's winners can be seen here.

Influencer agency Tagger cleaned up in the influencer discovery tool and industry choice of tech categories. Ogilvy also popped up across three different categories for campaigns with Boots and SKODA.

Kairos Media repped the games influencer circuit by picking up the most effective ROI campaign award for its work with KFC Gaming, and The Goat Agency's Alex Burgess took home the rising star award.
