As influencers are becoming more and more prominent in the marketing world, so are the events dedicated to them. More keynotes and conferences are popping up every single year, and it can be difficult to determine which events are worth attending. Don't fret - Influencerupdate.biz has got you covered.

Here's our list of key influencer-orientated events to put in your diaries for 2018.

PGC London 2018 
When: 22-23rd January
Where: London, UK
Overview: PGC is Steel Media's own games industry conference, with a new influencer track for 2018. We'll have a host of leaders talking about their success in the influencer space, from Supercell, ReelStyle, GameInfluencer, Matchmade, Yogscast, Space Ape and more. The conference will also be held in Helsinki and San Fransico later in the year. 

BlogHer 2018
When: 30-31st January
Where: New York, NY
Overview: A two-day event for female content creators in the health & wellness space, featuring a host of influential speakers, panels and plenty of networking opportunities. 

Vidcon EU 2018
When: 22-24th March
Where: Amsterdam, Netherlands
Overview: The euro counterpart to arguably the biggest video content conference in the world. The world's top influencers, video creators, platform execs and experts come together to share secrets, tips, and strategies on business and personal growth.

Online Influence #OiConf
When: 29th March
Where: Bristol, UK
Overview: A growing marketing and tech innovation conference, with a wealth of speakers from the online marketing sector. 

Playlist Live 2018
When: 27-29th April
Where: Orlando, FL
Overview: A three-day event where online creators and their biggest supporters come together in one place. Friday 27th is Playlist's biz networking day, followed by two days of panels, shows and entertainment. Playlist is about to enter it's 8th year and is a stalwart of the video content event space. 


  
Influence This 2018 
When: 15th May
Where: Toronto, Canada
Overview: A one-day conference featuring a collection of professional players in the online media and marketing space, covering a wealth of hot topics surrounding the influencer economy. 

Vidcon US 2018
When: 20-23rd June
Where: Anaheim, CA
Overview: Vidcon is the big daddy of events celebrating video content. Vidcon's creator and community events are its bread and butter, but it really shines with its Industry track. The Industry Track brings together the top creative, audience, and revenue growth experts in the world to share their secrets. 

Summer in the City
When: 10-12th August
Where: London, UK
Overview: SITC is the UK's answer to Vidcon. Set up as a community meetup in 2012, SITC has become THE YouTube event, filled with creators and businesses alike. It's likely that every UK influencer worth knowing about will be at SITC, and it's industry day makes it well worth a visit. 

Content Marketing World 2018
When: 4-7th September
Where: Cleveland, OH
Overview: Exactly what it says on the tin. Three days of expert advice from leading content marketing practitioners. The conference has over 40 tracks to get involved in, including specific focus on influencer marketing, b2b and b2c strategy, and content creation.

Social Tools Summit
When: 18 October
Where: Boston, Mass.
Overview: The Social Tools & Best Practices Summit is the first and only conference that focuses on social media best practices, and the tools available, and how they can be fully leveraged to drive ROI. Social media is becoming paramount for business; and those who know how to use it will flourish. 

TwitchCon 2018
When: November 2018 (TBA)
Where: Long Beach, CA
Overview: Twitch's own convention dedicated to it's own domination of the streaming space, and with good reason. TwitchCon has very quickly become a staple event in the influencer world, with talks, panels, with an unlistable roster of influencers and personalities on offer over the course of three days.
