Streaming giant Twitch has revealed that extensions are now available on mobile.
The platform launched extensions for desktop six months ago, giving streamers the tools to take interactivity to the next level.
Extensions allow streams to place third party overlays and panels over their videos, such as leader boards, real-time data displays and music apps.
This same feature is now available to mobile users. However, not every extension will be mobile compatible. Extension developers will have the option to make their features mobile friendly.
A number of popular Twitch extensions have already been made mobile-friendly, including World of Warcraft Armory, an extension that allows WoW streamers to share progression, and Schedule, a tool to keep communities informed of stream times.
StreamLabs' Loyalty, Polls and Games features are all now available to use on mobile too.
Extensions can only be seen in Twitch App version 6.0, so be sure to update the app.
