Upfluence nets $3.6 million in successful round of Series A funding

SaaS influencer marketing platform Upfluence has concluded a Series A funding round, raising a cool $3.6 million.

The round was led by ISAI, a France-based tech entrepreneurs fund, with support from French Partners, an investment group. ISAI venture partner Thierry Vandewalle will join Upfluence's board of directors.

Upfluence plans to use the investment to continue expanding globally, providing influencer marketing tools and SaaS solutions to marketers across the world.

Upwards influence

"From pure branding to driving sales, Upfluence's all-in-one SaaS allows its clients to reach their marketing goals with ease... Upfluence has already turned Influencer Marketing into a highly profitable channel for its clients." Vandewalle said, after the funding round.

CEO of Upfluence Vivien Garnes added: "We're very excited to be working with ISAI and Thierry Vandewalle moving forward, their impressive portfolio and strategic experience make them the ideal partners for Upfluence as we continue to scale our business globally."

Upfluence was found in 2013 and operates in over 150 countries. Its database provides insight and information about 1.2 million influencers. The company also boasts a suite of professional tools to assist brands and marketers with influencer campaigns.
