We'll also document the top ten rising channels of the week. These are the creators that are rising fastest on their respective platforms.

This chart covers the week commencing December 10th to December 16th.

Trending channels by followers

Ninja is also leading the trending by followers chart this week. A tiny 0.6 per cent incease in followers equates to over 75,000 new faces for the Fortnite streamer.

YouTube channel Dynamo Gaming moves up to second place from eighth after a 9.25 per cent increase in followers.

New entries also include Twitch streamer ZeRo, who made an appearance on the previous chart after a successful week with Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, and ArQuel, a Polish League of Legends Twitch streamer.

Trending channels by views

All but one of the trending by views chart entries this week are YouTube channels. The only Twitch channel to appear is Ninja's at number five.

The Angry Birds official YouTube channel leads the views chart after racking up over six million in a week. It's not entirely clear what caused that, but the channel has been live streaming Angry Birds content 24/7 since December 12th, which could equate to consistent views.

Other entries include Garena Lien Quan Mobile - which was seen on the trending channels chart - alongside regulars such as Diana Naikova, YouTuber The Grefg and PUBGTV.
