Top 10 most watched and trending channels of the week

InfluencerUpdate.biz has teamed up with esports and streaming analytics firm Stream Hatchet to bring you weekly charts of the most popular games and creators in the streaming space.

This chart documents the most-watched channels by hours across Twitch, YouTube Gaming, Mixer and Facebook.

Each week we'll be documenting the top ten most-watched channels across all the major streaming platforms, so you can see which creators are growing and which ones are in decline. The chart also shows what games they play the most. Check out our chart covering the top ten most-watched games of the week here.

This chart covers the week commencing August 5th. Want to see last week's? Click here.

Most watched channels

The OverwatchLeague Twitch channel continues to dominate the chart, but a 9.5 per cent decrease in views brings it close to other entries this week.

Dota2ti is a new entry straight to second, racking up over 3.1 million hours covering the Dota 2 International. Fortnite streamer Tfue is in third, after amassing over 2.9 million hours watched on Twitch last week.

Dota2ti_ru is a new entry in fourth, and it's a Russian version of the channel in second. Similarly, this Twitch channel has also been covering the Dota 2 International.

Rainbow6 on Twitch is the fourth new entry this week, after amassing over 2.8 million hours watched. The channel, unsurprisingly, covers Rainbow Six: Siege.

Call of Duty's Twitch channel is in sixth, and is another new entry to the chart. The channel racked up over 2.7 million hours watched last week covering Call of Duty: Black Ops 4.

Riot Games' Twitch moves from second to seventh on account of all the new entries. The channel itself only saw a tiny decrease of 1.6 per cent.

Dota2ti_2 is another Dota 2 focused channel to enter the top 10. Again, this channel has been running coverage of the International.

Garena Lien Quan Mobile is the only YouTube channel in the list, and it sees a 58 per cent drop off in hours watched. Warcraft streamer Asmongold closes the chart, racking up over 1.3 million views last week.
