Awesome Games Done Quick (AGDQ) began yesterday, which will see a number of gamers, YouTubers and streamers speedrunning games on Twitch.

Hosted by Games Done Quick, AGDQ is a bi-annual charity gaming marathon. Volunteers play through various titles as fast as they can, or compete to see who can finish a game first. The annual event brings together top speedrunners from around the world for one week of fast-paced gaming madness, in the hopes of raising millions for charity.

AGDQ has been running since 2011, and has raised over $6.6m for charity so far.
