Infowars' Alex Jones has found a way to dodge his own YouTube strike

Infowars ingrate Alex Jones has found a way to dodge the consequences of his YouTube strike.

Following YouTube’s 90 day live streaming ban, Jones has started streaming on an alternative channel belonging to Infowars supporter Ron Gibson.

YouTube has been removing these streams and banning the channels hosting them from livestreaming content.

Ron Gibson’s primary channel had a livestream shut down but he shortly after made a second channel and directed people towards that channel. The second channel shortly had it’s livestream shutdown as well.

Currently it’s unclear what YouTube will do following this and what further penalties will be allocated. Infowars currently has a single strike and three strikes are required for a channel to be taken down.

Facebook initially said that the videos didn’t violate the social media sites policies but he has now been banned for a 30 day period after Facebook’s community standards were broken by the conspiracy theorist.

This ban means that Jones can’t post on any pages he is administrator for, and several pages he manages are at risk of being unpublished due to repeated violations.
