Jake Paul wants you to know that he's not a sociopath

This week, YouTuber Shane Dawson released a video titled 'The Mind of Jake Paul'.

The video is the first instalment of an eight part series where Dawson will take a deep dive into Jake Paul's psyche to discern if or not he is indeed, a sociopath.

Paul has been thoroughly involved with the making of Dawson's docu-series, but has released a video to reassure fans that no matter what they see in the content, he is definitely not a sociopath. He encourages viewers to go in to the series with "an open mind".

"Even though it's about this 'sociopath' thing, I know I'm not a sociopath". Paul says in the video.

While this Paul doesn't have vlogging corpses and tazering live animals on his CV, he's not completely free from criticism either. The fact that this investigation exists is enough to put Jake Paul in to the morally ambiguous category.

In his video, Dawson says he "knows he shouldn't be doing this, I know I shouldn't be giving Jake Paul a platform, I shouldn't be doing this series with a possible sociopath,"

"But I also want to do sh*t on my channel that interests me, and the fall of Jake Paul and the darkness of his world is something that I'm fascinated by." He adds.

The video then cuts to footage of Paul approaching an fully grown adult lion whilst plugging his merch.
