Vlogger Elijah Daniel accused of 'scamming' as hundreds of merch orders go unfulfilled

YouTube star Elijah Daniel has come under fire from his fans after failing to send out hundreds of merchandise orders.

According to fellow YouTuber and Daniel's former 'creative partner' Christine Sydelko, Daniel was solely responsible for the handling of merch orders and had neglected to organise it.

Fans hit out on Twitter after not recieving merch that they'd paid for, some accusing Daniel of 'scamming' them, and some complaining about the overall quality of the products.

Apologies

Daniel issued an apology on his Twitter, putting the mistake down to 'poor management'. He explains that he has now 'teamed with a company to ensure every order is fixed or refunded' and 'he was not playing victim or martyr and was absolutely not scamming anyone'.

He also reassures fans that 'only a small percentage of orders were affected' and that he was 'unprepared' to handle the volume of orders on his own.
